This Sauvignon shows an intense straw yellow color and nuances of straw yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean and pleasing aromas which start with hints of pear, apple and peach followed by aromas of pineapple, hawthorn, nettle and elder. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of peach, apple and pineapple. This Sauvignon ages for 4 months in steel tanks and a part for 2 months in barrique.
