This Prosecco Brut shows a pale straw yellow color and nuances of greenish
yellow, very transparent, fine and persistent perlage. The nose reveals
intense, clean and pleasing aromas which start with hints of pear, peach
and pineapple followed by aromas of wistaria, orange, broom and litchi. The
mouth has good correspondence to the nose, an effervescent and crisp
attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors. The finish
is persistent with flavors of pear, apple and pineapple.

Abbiamo spesso trovato conforto all'arsura di questa calda estate con questo piacevolissimo prosecco durante la nostra vacanza. Semplice e diretto (e questo non è un difetto) piacevole "che va giù" che è un piacere, forse anche perché il prosecco io lo preferisco brut anziché nella classica interpretazione extra dry o dry.
Il naso regala profumi schietti di pera, acacia e pesca, mentre in bocca è dissetante e rinfrescante grazie alla bella freschezza, maggiormente evidente per il minore contenuto di zucchero. Un bel finale che non lascia delusi, anche per il prezzo, decisamente accettabile.
