This Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Cartizze shows a pale straw yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent, fine and persistent perlage. The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas that start with hints of pear, apple and peach followed by aromas of pineapple, broom, wistaria, lemon balm and hawthorn. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, an effervescent and crisp attack, however balanced by alcohol, light body, intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of pear, apple and peach.
