(Piedmont) The wine shows a pale amber yellow color and nuances of golden yellow, transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of peach jam, hazelnut and citrus fruits peel followed by aromas of quince jam, candied fruit, dried apricot, dried fig, honey, vanilla and nail polish. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a sweet and round attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing crispness. The finish is persistent with flavors of dried apricot, peach jam and honey. Perdaudin Passito ages for 18 months in barrique.
