Pan Chardonnay 2005
(Abruzzo)
Chardonnay

White Wine |
Score: ✧✧✧✭ |
Pan Chardonnay shows a deep golden yellow color and nuances of golden
yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and
refined aromas that start with hints of banana, acacia and vanilla followed
by aromas of apple, plum, hazelnut and grapefruit. The mouth has good
correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol,
good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness. The finish is persistent
with flavors of banana, plum and grapefruit. Pan Chardonnay ages in cask
and in barrique.
