Pignola (85%), Sauvignon Blanc (15%)

White Wine |
Score: ✧✧✧ |
La Contea shows an intense greenish yellow color and nuances of greenish
yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean and pleasing
aromas that start with hints of pear, apple and peach followed by aromas of
hazelnut, hawthorn, broom and plum. The mouth has good correspondence to
the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body,
intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of pear, plum and
hazelnut. The Pignola grape used for the production of La Contea is
vinified in white.
