(Latium) This Petit Manseng shows an intense greenish yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas that start with hints of apple, pineapple and nettle followed by aromas of peach, pear, mango, grapefruit, broom and elder. The mouth has good correspond to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of pineapple, apple and peach.

Alcohol: 13%

Pasta and risotto with crustaceans and mushrooms, Stewed fish, Broiled crustaceans
