This Frascati Superiore shows a pale straw yellow color and nuances of
greenish yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean,
pleasing and refined aromas that start with hints of peach, apple and pear
followed by aromas of pineapple, banana, broom and almond. The mouth has
good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by
alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent
with flavors of apple, banana and pear. This Frascati Superiore ages in
steel tanks.

Bottiglia che conservavo in casa da qualche mese, acquistata in enoteca a Roma.
Profumo interessante che si sviluppa su agrumi e un soffio di salvia e melone. Non mancano i profumi di mela e pera, piacevoli.
All'assaggio si sente molto bene l'alcol anche se è l'acidità che sorregge poi il vino e lo rende gradevole. Buon corpo e bella sapidità. Persistenza buona anche se non lunghissima.
