This Pinot Grigio shows a brilliant straw yellow color and nuances of straw yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean and pleasing aromas that start with hints of peach, apple and hawthorn followed by aromas of citrus fruits, broom, pear and plum. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable roundness. The finish is persistent with flavors of peach and pear. This Pinot Grigio partially ferments in cask.
