This Tocai Friulano shows a pale straw yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent. The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas that start with hints of apple, pear and peach followed by aromas of hawthorn, almond, broom, pineapple, plum and elder. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of apple, peach and almond. Collio Tocai Friulano ages for 7 months in steel tanks.
