Bucciato 2005
(Veneto)
Garganega
|
White Wine |
Score: ✧✧✧✧✭ |
Bucciato shows an intense golden yellow color and nuances of golden yellow,
very transparent. The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing, refined and
elegant aromas that start with hints of quince, honey and almond followed
by aromas of pear, ripe peach, plum, chamomile, banana, bergamot, medlar,
candied fruit and hawthorn. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose,
a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors,
pleasing roundness. The finish is persistent with flavors of quince,
chamomile, plum and almond. A well made wine. Bucciato ages in steel tanks.
