Blanc des Rosis shows a brilliant greenish yellow color and nuances of
greenish yellow, very transparent. The nose reveals intense, clean,
pleasing and refined aromas that start with hints of pear, apple and peach
followed by aromas of pineapple, hawthorn, kiwi, lemon, broom, elder and
almond. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and
however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The
finish is persistent with flavors of apple, peach and almond. The Malvasia
Istriana grape used for the production of Blanc des Rosis ages for about 6
months in cask, whereas the remaining grapes ages in steel tanks.
