White Wine |
Score: ✧✧✧✧✧ |
This wine shows a pale straw yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow,
very transparent. The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing, refined and
elegant aromas which start with hints of peach, pear and banana followed by
aromas of pineapple, citrus fruits, acacia, hawthorn, apple, broom, almond,
honey, gooseberry, elder and hints of vanilla. The mouth has excellent
correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol,
good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is very persistent with
long flavors of apple, peach, banana and almond. A well made wine. Part of
this wine ages in cask.
