Score: ✧✧✧✧✭ |
Soave Classico Monte Fiorentine shows a pale straw yellow color and nuances
of greenish yellow, very transparent. The nose reveals intense, clean,
pleasing and refined aromas that start with hints of apple, grapefruit and
plum followed by aromas of hawthorn, pineapple, almond, pear, elder,
chamomile, tangerine and hints of mineral. The mouth has good
correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol,
good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with
flavors of apple, plum, pineapple and almond. A well made wine. Soave
Classico Monte Fiorentine ages in steel tanks.
