Score: ✧✧✧✭ |
This Prosecco shows a brilliant greenish yellow color and nuances of
greenish yellow, very transparent, fine and persistent perlage. The nose
reveals intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas that start with hints
of pear, pineapple and wistaria followed by aromas of apple, lychee, peach
and broom. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, an effervescent
and crisp attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors.
The finish is persistent with flavors of pear, pineapple and peach.
Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Extra Dry Colbello ferments for about 40 days in
tanks. |
