Score: ✧✧✧✧✭ |
Aphrodisium shows a brilliant golden yellow color and nuances of golden
yellow, very transparent. The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing,
refined and elegant aromas that start with hints of grape, peach and litchi
followed by aromas of pineapple, banana, medlar, pear, quince, honey,
almond and broom. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a sweet
and round attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors,
pleasing crispness. The finish is persistent with flavors of grape, peach
and pineapple. A well made wine. Aphrodisium ferments in barrique. |
