Valcalepio Bianco Fabula shows a brilliant straw yellow color and nuances of straw yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas that start with hints of apple, pear and banana followed by aromas of pineapple, acacia, plum, peach, vanilla, grapefruit and mint. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of apple, banana and plum. Valcalepio Bianco Fabula ages for 8 months in barrique and followed by 3 months of aging in bottle.
