Cellatica Superiore Clavis shows an intense ruby red color and nuances of
garnet red, little transparency. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing
and refined aromas that start with hints of plum, black cherry and
blueberry followed by aromas of dried violet, vanilla, cocoa, tobacco,
leather, eucalyptus, licorice and rhubarb. The mouth has good
correspondence to the nose, a tannic attack and however balanced by
alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent
with flavors of plum, black cherry and blueberry. Cellatica Superiore
Clavis ages for 24 months in barrique followed by at least 5 years of aging
in bottle. |
