Corvo Bianco shows a brilliant greenish yellow color and nuances of
greenish yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean and
pleasing aromas which start with hints of pear, apple and hawthorn followed
by aromas of pineapple, peach and lemon. The mouth has good correspondence
to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, light body,
intense flavors. The finish is pretty persistent with flavors of apple,
pineapple and pear. Corvo Bianco ages in steel tanks and ages for at least
2 months in bottle. |

Basic and refreshing white wine with lovely acidity and balance.
Simple nose of pear and apple. Drink cool.
