Colomba Platino 2007

Colomba Platino shows an intense greenish yellow color and nuances of
greenish yellow, very transparent. The nose reveals intense, clean and
pleasing aromas that start with hints of apple, plum and pear followed by
aromas of hawthorn, broom and peach. The mouth has good correspondence to
the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body,
intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of apple, plum and
peach. Colomba Platino ages in steel tanks and ages for at least 2 months
in bottle. |
