Greco di Tufo 2007
Colle di San Domenico (Italy)
Greco di Tufo (Campania)
This Greco di Tufo shows an intense straw yellow color and nuances of straw
yellow, very transparent. The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing and
refined aromas which start with hints of apple, pear and peach followed by
aromas of plum, pineapple, hawthorn and broom. The mouth has good
correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol,
good body, intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of apple,
plum and peach. This Greco di Tufo ages in steel tanks and ages for at
least 2 months in bottle. |
