Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Classico shows a brilliant greenish yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent. The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of peach, apple and pear followed by aromas of hawthorn, pineapple, broom and almond. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of apple, peach and almond. Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Classico ages for 4 months in steel tanks followed by 2 months of aging in bottle.
