Kados 2007
(Sicily)
Kados shows an intense greenish yellow color and nuances of greenish
yellow, very transparent. The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing and
refined aromas which start with hints of pear, apple and peach followed by
aromas of pineapple, almond, hawthorn, orange and hints of vanilla. The
mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however
balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is
persistent with flavors of apple, peach and almond. Kados ferments in
barrique and ages in cement tanks. |
