(Umbria) Eteria shows a brilliant straw yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean and pleasing aromas which start with hints of apple, pear and pineapple followed by aromas of hawthorn, plum and hazelnut. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors. The finish is pretty persistent with flavors of apple, plum and hazelnut. Eteria ages in steel tanks.

Alcohol: 12.5%
