(Calabria) Petelia shows a brilliant straw yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent. The nose reveals intense, clean and pleasing aromas that start with hints of apple, plum and hawthorn followed by aromas of broom, pear and almond. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of apple, plum and pear. Petelia ages in steel tanks.

Alcohol: 13.5%

Pasta and risotto with fish and crustaceans, Sauteed white meat, Sauteed fish
