Garganega (45%), Pinot Grigio (30%), Sauvignon Blanc (15%), Durella (10%)
|
White Wine |
Score: ✧✧✧✭ |
Roncha shows a brilliant straw yellow color and nuances of straw yellow,
very transparent. The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing and refined
aromas which start with hints of pear, plum and peach followed by aromas of
pineapple, hawthorn, broom, apple and almond. The mouth has good
correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and pleasing roundness, however
balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is
persistent with flavors of peach, pear and pineapple. A part of Pinot Gris
ages in cask, whereas the remaining part of the wine ages in steel tanks. |
