(Apulia)
Moscato Bianco

Sweet Wine |
Score: ✧✧✧ |
The wine shows a beautiful deep straw yellow color, very transparent.
The nose has a very rich and intense series of Muscat's typical aromas
as well as aromas of apricot, banana, candies, fruit candy, litchi,
marzipan and peach followed by nice hints of mint. The mouth has a
distinct sweet flavor and a nice roundness, well balanced, it is
intense with a good correspondence with the nose. The finish is
persistent with evident and pleasing flavors of litchi, peach and grape
as well as a little sweet flavor. The grapes used to make Pierale are
allowed to dry in the vine and the must obtained is fermented at a low
temperature.
