Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Classico Villa Bianchi shows a brilliant
straw yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent. The
nose denotes intense, clean and pleasing aromas which start with hints of
apple, plum and almond followed by aromas of hawthorn, plum, broom and
pear. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and
however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors. The finish is
persistent with flavors of apple, plum and almond. Verdicchio dei Castelli
di Jesi Classico Villa Bianchi ages for 3 months in steel tanks. |
