Score: ✧✧✧ |
Rosso di Podernovo shows a brilliant ruby red color and nuances of ruby
red, moderate transparency. The nose denotes intense, clean and pleasing
aromas that start with hints of cherry, raspberry and plum followed by
aromas of strawberry, violet, cyclamen and carob. The mouth has good
correspondence to the nose, a tannic attack and however balanced by
alcohol, good body, intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors
of cherry, raspberry and plum. Rosso di Podernovo ages in cask. |
