Trebbiano d'Abruzzo Aldiano shows a brilliant straw yellow color and
nuances of straw yellow, very transparent. The nose reveals intense, clean
and pleasing aromas that start with hints of pear, apple and plum followed
by aromas of hawthorn, almond, pineapple and peach. The mouth has good
correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol,
good body, intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of pear,
pineapple and apple. The Chardonnay used for the production of this wine
ages for 6 months in barrique, whereas the Trebbiano d'Abruzzo ages for 6
months in steel tanks. |
