(Umbria) Bianco Roccafiore shows a brilliant golden yellow color and nuances of straw yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas that start with hints of apple, plum and vanilla followed by aromas of toasted, pear, hazelnut and hawthorn. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of apple, plum and hazelnut. Bianco Roccafiore ages for 12 months in cask.
