Cortinie Bianco shows an intense straw yellow color and nuances of straw yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of apple, plum and pear followed by aromas of pineapple, hawthorn, broom, peach and hints of vanilla. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness. The finish is persistent with flavors of apple, plum and peach. Cortinie Bianco ages for 6 months in barrique.
