Gemella shows a brilliant greenish yellow color and nuances of greenish
yellow, very transparent. The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing and
refined aromas that start with hints of gooseberry, peach and nettle
followed by aromas of elder flower, pear, apple, pineapple, broom and
grapefruit. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack
and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The
finish is persistent with flavors of gooseberry, peach and pineapple.

Bella sorpresa che nasce in Toscana, terra dove i rossi la fanno notoriamente da padrone. Questo Sauvignon di Bindella è davvero convincente, tanto da fare pensare a zone ben più fredde di Montepulciano. Profumi freschissimi e di gran classe (ci senti la pesca, l'ortica e perfino la frutta esotica di ananas e banana) fanno da interludio a una bocca piacevolissima di accattivante acidità ed entusiasmante beva, il tutto orchestrato da un impeccabile equilibrio. Il finale è lungo e piacevole, dando la sensazione di avere mangiato una pesca!
