Score: ✧✧✭ |
Castel Grifone shows a brilliant salmon pink color and nuances of cherry
pink, transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean and pleasing aromas
which start with hints of cherry, strawberry and raspberry followed by
aromas of blueberry, plum and cyclamen. The mouth has good correspondence
to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body,
intense flavors, pleasing roundness. The finish is persistent with flavors
of cherry, raspberry and plum. Castel Grifone ages in steel tanks. |
