Trento Brut Riserva Methius 2003, Dorigati (Italy)

Trento Brut Riserva Methius 2003

Dorigati (Italy)

Trento (Trentino)
Chardonnay (60%), Pinot Nero (40%)
Sparkling Wine Sparkling Wine Score: ✧✧✧✧✧

Trento (Trentino) Trento Brut Riserva Methius shows a brilliant straw yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent, fine and persistent perlage. The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant aromas which start with hints of banana, bread crust and apple followed by aromas of pineapple, acacia, yeast, vanilla, grapefruit, plum, hazelnut, honey, kiwi, butter and hawthorn. The mouth has excellent correspondence to the nose, an effervescent and crisp attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness. The finish is very persistent with long flavors of banana, hazelnut, honey and grapefruit. A well made wine. Part of the Chardonnay ferments in barrique. Trento Brut Riserva Methius referments in bottle on its lees for 5 years.

Alcohol: 13%

Impeccabile ogni anno a regalarci grandi emozioni.
