This Franciacorta Brut shows a pale straw yellow color and nuances of straw
yellow, very transparent, fine and persistent perlage. The nose denotes
intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas that start with hints of
banana, acacia and bread crust followed by aromas of apple, pear, hazelnut,
yeast and hawthorn. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, an
effervescent and crisp attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body,
intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of banana, pear and
hazelnut. A part of the Chardonnay used for the production of this
Franciacorta Brut ages in barrique. It referments in bottle on its lees for
at least 25 months. |

I heard about Franciacorta wines long time ago and I have always been keen on tasting this wine. This sparkling wine has been more than a surprise! Charming and smooth, it adds to the zest of bubbles a truly elegant appeal.
Gorgeous golden color and endless bubbles, crisp and elegant with apple and pear aromas which can be found in the mouth too. Love it!
