(Abruzzo) Villa Gemma Bianco shows an intense greenish yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of apple, peach and plum followed by aromas of hawthorn, pear, broom and pineapple. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of pear, peach and apple. Villa Gemma Bianco ages in steel tanks.

Alcohol: 12.5%

Pasta and risotto with fish and crustaceans, broiled fish, Fried fish

Bianco piacevole, dimostrazione che un vino si può fare anche senza usare botti o barrique. Al naso si coglie nettamente mela e pesca, anche se lo Chardonnay reclama la sua presenza con i buoni profumi di frutta esotica. Anche la bocca è ben appagata, piacevolissima freschezza. Un vino che si beve sempre volentieri.
