Colli di Imola Bianco Salcerella shows a brilliant straw yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas that start with hints of peach, gooseberry and apple followed by aromas of pear, pineapple, plum and elder. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness. The finish is persistent with flavors of peach, pineapple and apple. Colli di Imola Bianco Salcerella ages in steel tanks.
