Amuri di Fimmina e Amuri di Matri shows an intense onion skin pink color and nuances of onion skin pink, transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean and pleasing aromas which start with hints of cherry, strawberry and raspberry followed by aromas of cyclamen, blueberry and plum. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors. The finish is pretty persistent with flavors of cherry, raspberry and strawberry. Amuri di Fimmina e Amuri di Matri ages in steel tanks.
