Score: ✧✧✧✧ |
This Franciacorta Brut shows a brilliant straw yellow color and nuances of
greenish yellow, very transparent, fine and persistent perlage. The nose
denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints
of banana, pear and acacia followed by aromas of bread crust, citrus
fruits, pineapple, yeast, peach and almond. The mouth has good
correspondence to the nose, an effervescent and crisp attack, however
balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is
persistent with flavors of banana, pear and apple. This Franciacorta Brut
referments in bottle on its lees for at least 25 months. |
