Calanica Bianco shows a pale straw yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent. The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing and refined that start with hints of apple, banana and pear followed by aromas of citrus fruits, peach, pineapple and acacia. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness. The finish is persistent with flavors of apple, banana and pear. Calanica Bianco ages in steel tanks.
