Kados 2008

Kados shows an intense greenish yellow color and nuances of greenish
yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and
refined aromas which start with hints of pear, apple and peach followed by
aromas of pineapple, citrus fruits, broom and almond. The mouth has good
correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol,
good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with
flavors of pear, peach and almond. A past of Kados ferments in barrique. |

Un bell'esempio di vino bianco con perfetto equilibrio fra acidità-morbidezza-alcol. Si sente la rotondità della barrique ma senza che questa incida sui profumi, solo un piccolo ed elegante accenno vanigliato che si fonde con pesca, ananas e mandorla.
Bella acidità in bocca, fresco e che invita a berne ancora. Bella persistenza di frutta.
