Score: ✧✧✧✧ |
Morsi di Luce shows an intense golden yellow color and nuances of golden
yellow, transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined
aromas which start with hints of grape, dried apricot and candied fruits
followed by aromas of peach jam, quince jam, honey, dried fig, citrus fruit
peel, almond and lavender. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a
sweet and round attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense
flavors, pleasing crispness. The finish is persistent with flavors of
grape, dried apricot and honey. Morsi di Luce ages for at least 10 months
of aging in barrique followed by at least 8 months of aging in bottle. |
