(Latium) Moss shows an intense golden yellow color and nuances of straw yellow, very transparent. The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of grape, peach and pear followed by aromas of apple, lychee, nettle, sage and elder. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness. The finish is persistent with flavors of grape, peach and lychee. Moss ages for 4 months in steel tanks.
