Pizzo dei Corvi shows an intense straw yellow color and nuances of straw yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of banana, citrus fruits and pear followed by aromas of acacia, hawthorn, broom, plum, apple and hints of vanilla. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness. The finish is persistent with flavors of banana, pear and plum. A part of Pizzo dei Corvi ages in barrique.
