Collio Bianco Rosenplatz shows a pale golden yellow color and nuances of straw yellow, very transparent. The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of banana, peach and apple followed by aromas of pineapple, pear, acacia, hawthorn, lychee, plum and vanilla. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness. The finish is persistent with flavors of banana, peach and pear. Collio Bianco Rosenplatz ages in cask.
