Score: ✧✧✧ |
Colline Novaresi Bianco Esther della Zoina shows a deep golden yellow color
and nuances of straw yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense,
clean and pleasing aromas which start with hints of quince, hazelnut and
vanilla followed by aromas of hawthorn, plum, broom and citrus fruit peel.
The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however
balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness. The
finish is persistent with flavors of quince, plum and hazelnut. Colline
Novaresi Bianco Esther della Zoina ferments and ages for 10 months in
barrique, 3 months in steel tanks and for at least 5 months in bottle. |
