Score: ✧✧✧✧ |
Collio Pinot Grigio shows a pale straw yellow color and nuances of greenish
yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and
refined aromas which start with hints of apple, peach and citrus fruits
followed by aromas of pineapple, hawthorn, broom, grapefruit, plum and
pear. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and
however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The
finish is persistent with flavors of apple, peach and plum. Collio Pinot
Grigio ages for 8 months in steel tanks. |
