White Wine |
Score: ✧✧✧ |
Soave Classico San Michele shows a brilliant greenish yellow color and
nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense,
clean and pleasing aromas that start with hints of apple, pear and plum
followed by aromas of almond, hawthorn, honey and pineapple. The mouth has
good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by
alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent
with flavors of apple, plum and almond. Soave Classico San Michele ages in
steel tanks. |
