Teroldego Rotaliano (Trentino)
This Teroldego Rotaliano shows an intense ruby red color and nuances of
ruby red, little transparency. The nose denotes intense, clean and
pleasing aromas that start with hints of plum, black cherry and violet
followed by aromas of blueberry, raspberry and blackberry. The mouth has
good correspondence to the nose, a slightly tannic attack and however
balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness. The
finish is persistent with flavors of plum, raspberry and blackberry. This
Teroldego Rotaliano ages for 6 months in steel tanks followed by 6 months
of aging in bottle. |

Sight: deep ruby red
Nose: cherry, blackberry, plum, violet
Mouth: moderate tannins, good acidity, balanced. Blackberry flavor
Finish: good length
